@rtra3229 I don't understand you're trying to say? It's normal to hold someone in custody prior to a preliminary hearing.

@rtra3229 as I understand the story from previous reports, Authorities in Texas based the arrest warrant on matching security cam photos to Facebook photos. The photos are a poor match. The judge should have had more evidence to issue the warrant.
