This is a tough one.😌 The real fault here lies on the knuckleheads who started this whole shooting in the first place. The police f'ed up in killing the girl. But, was never intentional. To redact 85% of a 55-page report does seem to serve much purpose in clearing up anything? All I can think is that such details would be prejudicial for any trial? I'm not quite sure what more anyone is looking for here? The basic facts seem to be Undisputed?
