  2.  @zeyneptuuna8562  We are confusing topics and subjects here. First of all this has nothing to do with the City of Philadelphia. The subject of the video is in Darby Borough, Delaware County. As to Sanctuary policies? it's referring to cities not following Federal enforcement of immigration laws. Which again is not germane to the topic here.

  4.  @scottcharney1091  It's a federal matter, yes. But these localities are not cooperating in the process. It's rather hard for immigration and naturalization to do their job; without local law enforcement sharing information.
