  1. No, what you need to do is crack down on the other end of the scale. The dealers. Stealing a catalytic converter is useless unless someone is buying. There's a finite amount of scrap yards and recyclers. Crackdown on them for accepting stolen property.🙆🏽‍♂️

  2. What good is it having video cameras if no one is actually watching the damn things? Where was the security for the yard? Not that I expect anyone to take on four or five guys. But anyone who's actually doing Night Watch should have spotted them and called the cops.

  3.  @mikesmith8090  what is needed is a Crackdown on the other end of the scale. The dealers. Chasing the thieves is not where they should be concentrating resources. You have to be able to sell a catalytic converter to a scrap dealer or recycler. They're the ones dealing in the stolen property.
