  2. The short answer to your question? The Philadelphia Parking Authority is independent of city government. The mayor and city council have no authority over its operation.

  4. Keep in mind the city was designed before the invention of the automobile. And certainly not designed for the numbers. As fewer use public transit, this has become more of a problem. On the bright side? Picture the place back in the horse days? Horse crap every place...🐎💩

  7. How about put your money in the meter like you're supposed to? Or how about actually follow the rules like everyone is supposed to? It's not that hard not to rack up tickets to the point that people are looking to boot your car.
