  1. Why did the Europeans have such a love for sidearms weaker than a .38 Special? They seem to have this unnatural love for.32 ACP, .38S&W,.380ACP?

  2.  @molochi  it's very true the 38 special was the standard Police issue for decades. But this other small stuff? They just seem cling to them, when the 9 mm Luger was the way to go as service pistols.
