  1. Hmmmm....🤔 A mixed bag idea. It definitely would have been lighter. It definitely would have less recoil. It definitely would have probably greater capacity. As a light machine gun however, you're going to give up long range lethality.

  7. I can see parachute Marines being used in the same sort of Pathfinder role as their army brethren. And the Navy did have its own Transport Aircraft Fleet.
