The Supreme Court was correct in putting a check in executive power overreach. You just can't make law because you feel like it? It is a process and Power given to the legislative branch, not the executive. You wing nuts need to get a grip.

What are you referring to?

@abigails4088 I think you require education in constitutional law. This was a clear overreach of executive power. It's you who needs to look into the fascist mirror.
2
You're wrong. The EPA and the executive do not get to make law on a whim. This is America , not North Korea.

@mathisnotforthefaintofheart Based some of the comments I've seen today, I think there will be some folks who would like to run us over with tanks...😔

@tankcvc101 you seriously want to judge climate based on a planet that's been here for a few billion plus years on the last 20? Want to cool things? Set off some volcanoes. 🌋

@abigails4088 Agree to disagree.

@abigails4088 And your agenda appears to be to ruin the economy. To destroy the power industry. And to have the executive branch make rules and regulations outside of the purview of the legislative branch as intended in the Constitution.

@daniel_kryz Daniel, the EPA has no authority to make law. It is a regulatory organization. It is under the purview of the legislative branch to make law. The court was correct in that the executive overstepped their bounds.

@daniel_kryz as far as the elections go, almost all the court cases never got that far. There was never any trials. And they were regularities. And here in Pennsylvania, changes were made that were outside of the state constitution. As well as irregularities and the handling of ballots and counting.

@mathisnotforthefaintofheart you might enjoy Canada? You can enjoy all the heavy-handed government and the centralized Healthcare you can drink. All under the comfort of the metric system.
