@carlstephens1532 there is no automatic disqualification and no one has been charged with any such crime. That's why the case is before the court. You're trying to use post Civil War to current events. And the same Constitution's first Amendment, protects political speech.

@tylerspeegle6494 just because you use the term, does not mean it is legally constituted. If storming a building an interrupting Congressional business constitutes an insurrection? Then we just had one a few days ago . Neither are comparable to the Civil War.

@johnphantom please present me one person who has been charged or convicted of the crime of insurrection?🤔 There have been over 1,000 people arrested and charged over the events on January 6th. Please present me one who has been charged or convicted for "that" said crime. It has a definition under law.

@johnphantom I did not say, sedition, assault, trespass or Conspiracy . I said find me one person out of any of the thousand charged with the crime of, "Insurrection?" If you're going to accuse Trump of doing so; where are the persons supposedly enforcing it?
