This one makes absolutely zero sense. Two drivers in different cars going the wrong way? Onto an off-ramp?🤷🏽‍♂️ in broad daylight? Now I had a near Miss near 15 or 20 years ago on the blue route. Night time drunk driver going northbound in the southbound lane prior to the Schuylkill exit. It ended in a fatality. As I recall that I-95 exit, that's a lighted intersection? And is clearly divided.🤷🏽‍♂️🤔🚗🚗

@georgeandy6923 all the Troopers, all the horses, All the King's Men cannot prevent something as stupid as this. It's still kind of a head scratch how two drivers wind up going down an exit ramp? It's been awhile since I've been up that way. But the Torresdale exit is an intersection with a light.

@georgeandy6923 there's something extremely wrong here to have two cars on the wrong side of the road. There's a there's a stoplight in intersection at the end of that ramp. And it's clearly divided between exit and off-ramp.
