Now, if you just get it close to the Patco line? I would definitely take Phil Murphy seriously at that point. The Chinatown project is an awful one. The people don't want it. Fans don't want it. You want to do something like tear down Deptford Mall? Stick it in the Cherry Hill Complex? That dump Shopping Center in Audubon Crossing? Literally 2 minutes from the Walt Whitman bridge. That actually would work...👷🏽‍♂️👷‍♀️📐🛠🏀

That is the false promise that has been given to the people's Chinatown for 50 years. It was the lie that was sold over the expressway. It was the same lie sold over the Gallery. It's the same lie given for the convention center.

The stadium was an awful idea.

@PainandMotivation the original idea was to build it on campus. Which many alumni and residents oppose. Last I heard, the project was dead. It makes zero economic sense to build for a handful of games every season. There's no reason to leave Lincoln Financial.

@PainandMotivation Actually Temple has campuses in Rome and Tokyo. But here in the region ;we have an Ambler campus. There are small campuses in Fort Washington and in Center City. Temple University Hospital has its own set of facilities. But the main campus is right on Broad Street.

No way..... The residents don't want it. Most of the fan base doesn't want it. And you are not getting on SEPTA to go to it. I can find spots was dead shopping malls and big parking lots you can build an arena on. In the state of New Jersey and Delaware Port authority will foot the bill.
