  1. The people of Chinatown deserve better. Only problem is, that they are at the bottom of the political totem pole. They have been suffering 50 years of bad ideas and projects. From the expressway to a federal prison. And did the Sixers actually expect fans not to drive? There's nowhere to park at that location. And there is zero benefit to the people of the area.

  3. The Sixers want their own stadium with their own revenue. You can't do that in the sports complex.

  4.  @Trizzbizz267  Philadelphia is not NYC. And most of the fan bases in The burbs or NJ are not riding a train home after a night game. And NYC is the city that never sleeps. Center City most certainly sleeps after 7. And and the teams in Washington all want to leave.
