  2. So far, that charge is warranted. In the days since that case. There's been no video evidence and no witness testimony to support the restraining of that man. And his prior criminal record does not justify the use of excessive force. Being verbally obnoxious is not particularly unusual on a subway train or even an eagles game. Yet we don't normally wind up killing anyone over it.
