  3. It's interesting he's not been able to get access to a car? Nor does it appear he has any outside help or cash. Brandywine Creek runs through the area. So apparently he has a freshwater source. He travels at night to avoid Summer heat. Warm weather also interferes with thermal vision equipment. If he could get across Baltimore Pike, he could probably escape to Delaware and increases options. I wonder if he has a map of the area?
