  7.  @DickWigglin  that makes no sense. He misused his badge of office to obtain official access. Any evidence has now been contaminated, potentially altered or removed. You may not overrule a case. But a motion to suppress the evidence will be made and granted.

  9.  @DickWigglin  the district attorney is going to have to toss cases. Impropriety has been established. Reasonable Doubt has now been placed on the evidence. This is going to have to come up in disclosure. The chances of you going forward with potentially tainted evidence is low.
