  3. This is another example of lawmakers good intentions going bad... This was all a response to the Catholic church scandal. But it's being used to rope in everyone for some of the most frivolous things. Statues of limitations were meant for a reason.

  5. I don't agree. The original intent was well meaning. As an overreaction to the Catholic Church scandal, they open up the floodgates. The result is nothing but Witch trials. Based on no physical evidence. Questionable or no witnesses. And yet the media has slandered these men with career killing accusations.
