@AMaidenlessRunt you actually military spending has been cut and Frozen. Spending is needed because we have ships and planes that are actually falling apart. As far as spending goes we have spent billions on the Great society since the 1960s. Only to make the problem worse.

@AMaidenlessRunt I will hardly agree that both sides have been fiscally bad lately. There is a place for emergency spending. However there needs to be some accountability. Most of this new bill is basically a bailout to State and local governments. I mean here in Philadelphia you have a school district with a budget of over 2 billion. Where is that money going?
