  8.  @tjones2550  first of all, she's a drunk driver. not a recruit for Al Qaeda suicide. And the troopers that she killed had already given her a free pass minutes before. The reason they did not run her in was because they had the report of pedestrian on i-95. She ran into them minutes later and killed all 3. No one in the prosecution has made any such assertion of intent.
