  7. Center City businesses are fleeing. Between crime, rental rates and the decline in office workers; not to mention the covid restrictions that have killed off the restaurant business. Wawa has closed up locations that have had less than a few years. McDonald's has done the same. Many of the businesses destroyed in the riots 2020 are not going to return. Business corridors in the neighborhoods are not much better.

  9. To be honest, most political races now Are run unopposed.... I've been in GOP meetings where you can fit us all in one room. Sadly the focus has been way too much at the top of the ticket. There's more to a party then just being president. Hard to be critical, when the Philadelphia GOP does not challenge even 50% of races....
