  10.  @PURENT  there still are actual tracks for people to go to like Atco; to get the speed bug out of their hair. A much better solution than blocking an interstate. There was always industrial areas and Back roads to play on. There's no need to be endangering people up here.

  13.  @sleepforever3494  police already do confiscate dirt bikes and ATVs. Because they are not Street legal. If there's been some sort of traffic offense I suppose cars are put into a police impound? Impounded cars usually are then sent to auction after 30 to 60 days.
