  2.  M. Chi  not really. John Street, Michael Nutter, Ed Rendell? Those were nice endorsements, but they don't run the party anymore. What matters is who's got the support of the unions and the Ward leaders. They got the base vote out. Parker is a creature of the NW Democratic party Built around Dwight Evans. A little bit different than the Bob Brady machine. Having that vote block in that section of town gave her a reliable ground to start with. Reinhart and Helen Gym basically cancel each other out. Alan Domb has the developers and the business vote. The rest are just fighting over what's left. Therefore she didn't need TV big outside funding sources. I'm not sure I would call her a great law & order candidate? On getting rid of Danielle Outlaw, she waffles. Nor did she take a position on the Sheriff's election. One of the most poorly run City departments.
