  1. This bankruptcy is a bit of a complicated set of issues. And the level of debt of the company is not going to be offset by Mall shopping. None of their properties are doing particularly well. I can't think of the last time I've wanted to go to Plymouth Meeting or Cherry Hill the pandemic has hit all businesses like this. And traffic is not coming back. The trying to take the Fashion District upscale was probably poorly timed. The reduction of the Center City workers and restrictions on teens are already two strikes against the place.

  3. There is a lot of that going on. The suburban malls are not doing any better. And the days of the big anchor store are dying.

  4. The 76ers basketball team already has taken part of the land that used to be the Greyhound station. Their plans would take over part of the Fashion District too. It's not finalized yet.

  9. ​ @dawnmillernedd6926 I think we have separate issues going on. There's a general turn away from mall shopping. The other properties that they own, are not doing well either. The debt issue has little to do with crime.
