  1. Remember the good old days when we would have things like Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts? Legally, this sounds more about facility rental. Rather than being some sort of endorsed School District activity. I see their point. If you're going to one group, I suppose you have to open to all. There can't be a ton of centrally located places for groups to meet anymore?
