  3. There's no huge air cargo market. Most items go by sea. Only UPS and FedEx make money on cargo.

  7. The type certificates and training for those planes will fade. There's no huge cargo need to fill. And bush pilots need rough duty & short take off planes.

  10.  @Boodieman72  cargo is about volume and speed costs. Air cargo is mostly mail or time critical items like fresh flowers. Everything else, is by sea.
