  1. ​ @BlindingSun_ that's not true. There should never be live ammunition. Prop weapons are supposed to be used with blanks. The responsibility for loading and unloading these weapons was on the armorer and the prop master.

  3. ​ @Whatnok a film set is not a gun range. It's not the actor's responsibility to check a stunt car. And it's not on the actor to unload or load prop weapons. Under your theory, every extra on saving Private Ryan should be responsible for everything they carry? That's not reality.

  4. ​ @JimHolmesWFP that's not how movie sets work. The loading and unloading was the responsibility of the prop master in the armorer. She is the one who had live ammo on the set.
