  3. Some Stuff You won't laugh when May & Co. broker a deal with the EU, similar to those with Norway and Switzerland. You're stuck with EU laws, but you won't be invited to draft them.

  4. Nathan Donaghy I think that Norway's arrangement with the EU, as an alternative to full membership, is indeed stupid.

  5. Some Stuff Don't delude yourself that leaving the EU turns the UK into Switzerland. Like the Norwegians, the Swiss authorities are painfully aware of how little wiggle room they have vis-à-vis the EU. Both have outsourced a good part of their lawmaking to the EU.
