The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission established that Ukraine did not target any civilians in Donbas between 2014 and 2022, when the monitors were active there. I suggest you find another dead horse to flog.

  4. They say that Lavrov, who was not privy to Putin's plans in 2014, was exasperated by Russia invading Crimea and Donbas. He has adapted well to Putin's new normal. For his sake, I hope he was paid in gold.
