Let's see, the Russian Federation has allies in North Korea (won't supply arms, however), Iran (supplies arms, but won't offer diplomatic support), Syria (a drain on Russia's already dangerously dwindling resources), Eritrea (uh, what to say) and Belarus (yeah, chickened out from attacking Ukraine for fear of a civil war). Who did I forget?
