No need. I'm sure the Ukrainians will make their evidence available to the ICC in The Hague, where Putin and his accomplishes will stand trial after they've been extradited. Yes, by Russia. I expect President Navalny won't have a problem with that.

@Алексей-я5т6э No matter, if Biden had unlawfully deported children, too, the ICC would've issued an arrest warrant for him as well. The accused need not be citizens of ICC member countries.
