@marcust123 You're muddying the waters. He'll be locked up in what is euphemistically called a 'school home' (koulukoti) in Finland. Its international counterpart is a juvenile detention centre. In Finland, such "homes" are run by social services, but the regime there is very similar to that of juvies worldwide. Nothing wrong with trying to fix him with therapy. And if that proves impossible, there are other institutions that cater to adults, too. When he's an adult, of course.

@marcust123 It's a technicality that the 12-year-old shooter won't be formally charged with murder and attempted murder. As a minor, he'll be detained in a juvenile detention centre till adulthood, and, if need be, institutionalized indefinitely thereafter.
