  2.  @nattygsbord  It's a bit of a stretch to call Ukraine the southern flank of the Baltic countries and Finland, but the Russian military bases adjoining these countries are a mere shadow of their former selves. It is estimated that 80% of their strength has been sapped. It will take decades to bring them back to pre-war strength.
