And coup d'états will do the trick? To date, Africa has seen 214 coups, of which at least 106 have been successful. That's twice as many successful coups as Africa has countries. You'd think Africa is totally, absolutely, thoroughly and utterly liberated by now.

@phillipholland6795 No matter which country invests in Africa, sooner or later it will be branded imperialist. Moreover, Russia and China are the experts at imperialism. Western countries are rusty.
