  1.  @mochen9282  If Ukraine is of strategic importance to China, Russia is even more so. Russia has natural resources that China can put to very good use. With Russia having become an international pariah that's being sanctioned left, right and centre, China is Russia's lifeline. China can dictate prices and exploit Russia in good old colonialist tradition. Russia just has to grin and bear it. So, China took a bit of a hit on Ukraine, but the upside, Russia, more than makes up for the loss.
