The binding resolution was adopted unanimously and without abstentions. It was reaffirmed in 1973. In 1981, the UNSC dismissed Israel's de facto annexation of the Golan Heights as null and void. All members voted for the resolution and none abstained. So, under international law, you have no leg to stand on.
