  1. +The Great Belisarius MPs are first and foremost answerable to their constituents, not the British people as a whole. There wouldn't be any practical consequences weren't it for the fact that Britain adheres to the archaic first-past-the-post system for electing its MPs, but there you have it. Consider Brexit cancelled.
