  1. OK, tell Putin to call off his dogs of war, so that the UN can arrange properly monitored referendums in Donetsk, Luhansk, Crimea, Mariupol and why not Kherson and Odesa for good measure, too. I fear Putin won't go along with it, because his campaign to win hearts and minds in Ukraine has been an epic fail, to put it mildly.
