  2. Allegedly, a single rocket misfired and went astray. Even if a whole barrage or rockets misfired one after the other, they wouldn't hit the same spot. A Qassam-3 rocket packs 20 kg of explosive lined with ball bearings. If its warhead exploded in a parking lot brimming with refugees, the quoted casualty count is realistic.

  5.  @masterlightjames950  If it was a Qassam rocket, 20kg of explosive lined with ball bearings can cause that kind of damage. The ball bearings will pierce cars and their petrol tanks. The burning petrol will cause quite an inferno. A UN-appointed forensic team could easily verify -- or disprove -- that theory.

  9. There are accounts of suicide bombers causing hundreds of casualties. Their vests are very similar to a Qassam warhead, meaning eplosives lined with ball bearings, but less of each.
