  4. So, are we to believe the CIA wanted them caught beforehand, too, by issuing a warning? I suppose a vivid imagination and poor logic are an entry requirement for conspiracy theorists.

  5. I suppose that would be Putin himself. He publicly dismissed the warnings as a Western provocation. Good idea to arrest Putin, though. He's wanted for war crimes in 124 countries already.
