  4. It's satellite positioning, not tracking. Russia used GPS receivers in the initial stages of the conflict, which goes to show that anyone, friend or foe, has access to GPS transmissions. It's no different from me using Russia's GLONASS on a daily basis thanks to my iPhone -- without Russia's permission! For your info, Russia is jamming both GPS and Europe's Galileo. Whenever needed, guided weapons fall back on other means of navigation, such as INS and terrain mapping. Educate yourself.
