China needs to understand the EU is a democratic collective. One could ascribe any opinion to the EU by focusing on specific MEPs, which come in all colours of the rainbow. Dissent is tolerated in the EU. In China, not so.

@lucaskim8791 You and China need to understand the difference between what individual MEPs say and what the EU officially adopts as a standpoint. We're not going to stifle democratic discussion because China's overly-authoritarian communist leaders may otherwise hurt their feelings.

@luckarl Didn't I just speak out in favour of democratic discussion that tolerates all viewpoints? Nowhere did I advocate that pro-China views should be stifled. You're are very confused. A tad abusive too, which hints at desperation. Take a chill pill, wumao.
