@mediterraneandiet2483 So to recap, Ukraine wanted to become close with the EU, but Putin overplayed his hand by trying to force a deal down Ukraine's throat, a deal that had the EU make way for his ersatz EU, the Eurasian Economic Union. The Ukrainians revolted against Putin's puppet Yanukovych and Ukraine opted for the EU after restoring order. Out of spite, a cuckolded Putin went to war against Ukraine. What did I miss?
