Why don't you make things easier for yourself and speculate whether the Comoros should join Monaco instead? After all, Monaco has the highest GDP per capita in the world. Yes, let's quietly ignore the fact that Monaco, like France, aren't in the least bit interested in saddling themselves with the Comoros.
