  1. In sloppiness, Russia has been consistent. The amateurishness has increased, but what do you expect when fallen kontraktniks are being replaced by mobiks and convicts. It's indicative of poor morale the latter fare better than the former. It's hard to detect any brilliant 4D chess moves in Prigozhin's very public feud with Shoigu and Gerasimov, so yes, the stability of Russia's leadership is questionable.
