  3. He's a minister in the Netanyahu cabinet, and his appointment was approved by a majority in the Knesset. That's representative democracy for you. Netanyahu ought to sack him if he oversteps his boundaries, or the Knesset could pass a motion of no confidence targeting him directly or the cabinet as a whole. We should be so lucky...
