  1. This doesn't speak of political maturity. In a parliamentary system, the winning party would've tried to form a coalition government. Had they failed, the party that came second would've taken over and given it a try. Here Macron made an educated(?) guess as to which coalition would succeed. France is so ripe for the Sixth Republic, which should be a parliamentary one with proportional representation.
