  2. Except he isn't "president of the EU". Orban is merely the prime minister of the country that's currently holding the rotating presidency of the Council of the EU. Hungary's role is to facilitate meetings of the council. Here, Orban is doing something else altogether. 'The Viktator' is making a laughing stock of himself, since everyone else, including his gracious hosts, knows that he's unwittingly on a comedy tour.
