  3. Uh, we "VAT" everything, our own goods and services included. And the US contribution to NATO isn't all that it's cracked up to be when you consider the vast US military commitments outside of NATO. Braggadocio, however, is an area where you're absolutely superior to everyone else, ever.

  5. I have a hunch the Russian Federation will carve itself up without any outside help. Military failures in WW1 and Afghanistan led to its predecessors breaking apart. In Russia, separatism always bubbles under the surface. Russia's colonial nature isn't lost on those it still colonises.
