  2. If anything, Putin and Erdogan are fickle. Only a few years ago, the two publicly exchanged insults, accusing the other of supporting ISIS. Give it time and they'll be at it again.

  3.  @crocodiledundee8141  No, whataboutism is an old excuse for practically everything. Especially the Communists resorted to it. At best it translates to "OK, we suck, but we think we suck less than you". I went to school and studied history in Belgium, so I think I've forgotten more about Leopold II mismanaging his private little fiefdom in Africa than you've ever known.
