  3.  @whiteeye3453  So von der Leyen is earning herself a second consecutive term. Is that somehow undemocratic? She's got the support of the majority and that's what counts. I have to say, I'm disappointed with your reply. I blame myself, I set my expectations too high.

  4.  @whiteeye3453  Didn't you get it the first time when I explained that a majority within the European Parliament approves of Ursula von der Leyen remaining in her current role? Not the far right, but her parliamentary group, the EPP, won the European elections. Hence, majority. Don't you know how parliamentary democracies pick their leaders? We vote in our representatives, who then pick a leader. In the EU's case, we involve the European Council as well, consisting of duly-elected leaders of the member countries. It's all very democratic.
