  1. "Their power of exclusively [sic]"? Who's "their"? I expect the UNSC vote will fail because of a US veto, but that means it will automatically go the UNGA next, where I expect it will be adopted.

  2. Newsflash, the G7, as such, is not in the UNSC. France is in both, and France may very well be swayed to vote in favour of the draft resolution. I'm curious about Japan, too.
